Shipping policy

1. Postage - postage will be calculated at checkout. These are calculated on the weight and value of your order. Our shipping services will differ depending on availability and your chosen method of delivery.

 

2. Local Delivery. Our local delivery service has been setup since April 2020, we've been running this in the local area surrounding Ziggy's Pet Supplies in Forest Row. We use this service to supply the area with Frozen items, larger food bags and completing local deliveries that don't require couriers. We use our own Ziggy's Van with Ziggy's lovely staff. We have set delivery days, although these may vary depending on availability and unpredictable situations. However we will always contact you to resolve this.

Minimum value for delivery is £25.00.

Under 3 Mile Radius of Ziggy's Forest Row: £2.50.

Up to 25 miles of Ziggy's Forest Row: £4.00
