Minimum Order for Local Delivery using our own team (within 6 miles of our Forest Row shop) :

We deliver our full range of raw frozen food, dried food, treats and any other items from our website within 6 miles of our shop in Forest Row. We can offer deliveries further afield using a tracked 24 hour courier service. This usually takes 48 hours from point of order. 

We try to dispatch our frozen products on a 24 hour delivery. For this reason and risk of defrost please ensure a safe space for delivery if you're not available. We may also hold despatching your frozen order until a week day to minimise risk of delays caused by the weekend. Please check your order upon receipt. Please ensure your package isn't damaged and if it is damaged let the courier know at the point of delivery. Please also let us know via email or phone

The minimum order value for local delivery of frozen food is £25. 

There is no minimum order for a click and collect. 

Local deliveries are on Thursdays - our order cut off is noon on a Wednesday

Click and Collect: 

Order a 'pick up' through the website. The default collection location is our main store in Forest Row. If you would like to pick up from our Lingfield collection point (RH7 6LE), please email us and let us know. 

National Delivery of Frozen Food:

We use a trusted courier partner to deliver frozen food to the UK mainland. The cost of postage is based on the weight of your order. 

We aim for a 48 hour delivery with our frozen food - we take one day to process and pack your order, and then your order will be sent on a next day delivery service (this 48 hour window only applies to working days).

Frozen products we try to despatch for 24 hour delivery. For this reason and risk of defrost please ensure a safe space for delivery if you're not available at the time of delivery. We use a trusted courier partner to deliver your order to the UK mainland. The cost of postage is based on the weight of your order.
