Frozen: We can not accept returns of any frozen products due to raw food safety.

All other items: 14 day return period after valid purchase with proof of purchase. Please contact us here: info@ziggyspetsupplies.co.uk and our fantastic staff will assist you.

Canagan: One of our brands offer a no quibble return policy. This allows for your pets to test and trial their products with returns for any unsatisfied customers.
